- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal or disablement was a mistake or misidentification; and
- your name and contact information.
We may forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant and, where appropriate, restore access to the material consistent with applicable law.
False Claims Submitting a false or bad-faith notice may result in liability for damages under applicable law, including (where applicable) 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
