Introduction
Wonderland Media Ltd. (the "Company") operates the websites and services through which video, photographic, and other content (collectively, the "Content") is made available to users.
The Content is owned by or licensed to the Company (the "Licensed Content") and is protected by international copyright laws, including but not limited to the Berne Convention, EU Directive 2001/29/EC, and the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the United States.
Any unauthorized use of the Licensed Content, including reproduction, distribution, public performance, or creation of derivative works, constitutes copyright infringement and may be pursued by the Company or the applicable rights holder to the fullest extent of the law.
What We Consider Infringement
The following actions are strictly prohibited without our prior written license:
- Re-uploading the Licensed Content to any tube site, file host, torrent, or streaming platform
- Embedding the Licensed Content on third-party websites
- Screenshotting or re-hosting the Licensed Content
- Using the Licensed Content in AI training datasets
- Selling or offering the Licensed Content on competing platforms
- Creating "mirror" sites or "clone" sites
- Using our trademarks, logos, or trade dress
Enforcement Actions We Will Take
If we discover unauthorized use of the Licensed Content, we will immediately:
- Submit DMCA takedown notices to the hosting provider, registrar, CDN, and search engines (Google, Bing, Yandex etc.)
- Issue cease-and-desist letters through our attorneys
- File John Doe lawsuits in U.S. federal courts to unmask infringers via subpoena
- Pursue statutory damages up to $150,000 per infringed work (17 U.S.C. § 504(c)) for willful infringement, plus actual damages, profits, and attorneys' fees.
- Seek preliminary and permanent injunctions
- Claim attorney fees and court costs (17 U.S.C. § 505)
- Report systematic piracy to payment processors and advertising networks for account termination
Reporting Infringement to Us
If you discover the Licensed Content being used without authorization, please notify us immediately:

- Exact URL(s) where the Licensed Content appears
- Screenshots or video proof
- Your contact information
Licensees and Authorized Partners
Only parties with a signed, written license agreement (or other written authorization) from the the applicable rights holder(s) are permitted to use the Licensed Content, and only in accordance with the terms of such license or authorization.
Governing Law
This policy and all copyright enforcement actions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable international treaties.
